Olive oil comes from the pressing of olives. Throughout history people of the Mediterranean have used olive oil because it is rich in oleic acid, great for cleaning yet very mild on the skin, and squalene which is a  rich natural moisturiser.

Japanese  citrus. For hundreds of years Japanese use Yuzu citrus for cooking. Japanese love the smell of Yuzu, it gives them hope, a positive feeling and lifts the bodies immunity.

We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $60.

We offer $8 flat rate shipping within New Zealand for all orders under $60.

Please allow a 2 working day processing time for us to dispatch your items. Delivery is up to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note during public holidays orders may take an extra working day to arrive.

Shipping to Australia and Japan

Is available by standard shipping or tracked courier. Please read our shipping policies.


We are unable to offer any refunds and returns for any of our products. But if you are unhappy with your order please get in contact us.

International Shipments

We offer international shipping. Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes take anywhere from 14 days to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

Please be aware: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

Shipping Disclaimer

We ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

We cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
If items are unclaimed at the Depot for more than 10 days, your item will not be returned to sender - This will be destroyed by our carrier. 

We hold no responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods. 

We do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind." 

For ALL orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option.
